The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade permits states to significantly restrict women’s ability to support their families, make crucial healthcare choices, and continue to participate in the economy and society. Furthermore, this ruling directly and disproportionately harms poor women and communities of color.
As companies with headquarters in NY, IAB and IAB Tech Lab will continue to provide employees with access to reproductive healthcare and we are committed to supporting the deeply personal and thoughtful decisions that are part of that process. For women employees who live in states that are restricting access to reproductive healthcare, IAB and Tech Lab will fund travel to locations that provide it. We champion and applaud our member companies who are doing their part to ensure that female employees have the same access to healthcare no matter what state they live in.
