Nicole Sakin McNeill is a Data Protection, Privacy, AI, and Cybersecurity attorney. As Counsel at DBR Tech Law, Nicole advises clients on compliance with data privacy and AI laws, including CCPA/CPRA, CO AI Act, and other state privacy and AI laws, CAN-SPAM Act, COPPA, ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, EU AI Act, FTC Act, GLBA, HIPAA, TCPA, and VPPA. Nicole emphasizes not just the letter of the law, but the operational impact on clients.
Nicole has experience with drafting applicable disclosures, privacy policies, and operational controls, as well as advising clients on building and implementing their data privacy and AI compliance programs across all stages of the development lifecycle. She also assists clients with drafting and interpreting technology-related contracts, including service provider agreements, AI vendor agreements, and data protection agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an attorney with an international AM Law 20’s Privacy and Cybersecurity team and was an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Westin Research Fellow. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and knitting.

Deborah Murray is Managing Partner, Executive Director, Traffic at WPP Media, where she oversees a team dedicated to linear and premium video trafficking services for WPP Media clients. With over 20 years of experience, Deborah specializes in onboarding clients and customizing workflows to adapt to the ever-evolving media landscape.

Deborah’s expertise spans all forms of linear media, including national and local video, audio, direct response, addressable, cinema, and VOD, as well as print and out-of-home. She played a key role in creating and implementing a new Premium Video workflow, driving cost and manpower efficiencies, and was instrumental in developing a universal specification for delivering creative assets to publishers.

Deborah has established vendor relationships that ensure first-rate clearance, distribution, and talent payment services. She has managed complex creative executions for high-profile campaigns, such as the Peacock launch, and has extensive experience working across various categories, including CPG, automotive, studio, and retail. She also developed print and out-of-home traffic processes for a major beverage client.

Deborah’s earlier experience at Y&R NY and MediaEdge provides her with a holistic understanding of client workflows, from creative briefs to successful campaign launches, as well as a strong ability to troubleshoot potential challenges.

An industry leader, Deborah co-chairs the 4As Traffic Committee, a role she has held since 2005, and was a founding member of the Broadcast Traffic Committee sponsored by the 4As. She has also served on the Ad-ID board and contributed to the establishment of HD commercial coding and closed-captioned commercial creative standards. A strong advocate for accessibility, Deborah has supported the adoption of Descriptive Video for the visually impaired and actively participates in Joint Policy Committee Town Halls addressing new talent contracts for SAG performers.

Steve Nash is GumGum’s Product Design Director, leading the development of the company’s portfolio of customer-centric ad products, including their award-winning, innovative ad units. With a strong creative background, Steve skillfully leads his teams in crafting visually compelling, interactive experiences that truly engage consumers. He brings over two decades of experience, primarily in product management, UX, and web design. A core focus of Steve’s is ensuring GumGum’s offerings consistently meet and exceed industry standards, delivering ad products that cut through and drive brand outcomes.

Steve was the first employee at Playground xyz and served as the Head of Product before the company was acquired by GumGum in 2021. Playground xyz was fully integrated into the GumGum fold in 2024.
