Per leads Google’s Ad Traffic Quality product management team. The Ad Traffic Quality team is responsible for addressing invalid traffic and ad fraud across all of Google’s ad products. Per has been actively involved with several industry initiatives to help make the online advertising ecosystem more secure, including developing and rolling out ads.txt and app-ads.txt.
Prior to joining Google Per worked in various big data, analytics, and business intelligence roles, including several years at Yahoo.
Per Bjorke

Chandra serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at Yahoo DSP, managing a comprehensive ecosystem that spans supply, measurement, agentic AI and commerce media. Since joining the company in 2015 (formerly AOL), she has held leadership roles in Exchange Buyer Development, SSP Publisher Sales and DSP Supply Partnerships. Chandra began her digital advertising career at Microsoft, following her start in radio advertising.
Chandra Cirulnick

Jounce Media is the industry leader in programmatic supply chain management and is trusted by the world’s largest marketers, media companies, and advertising technology platforms to enable high efficiency programmatic trades. Chris Kane founded Jounce Media in 2015.
Chris was previously Chief of Staff to the CEO and CFO at AOL. Prior to AOL, Chris managed a portfolio of enterprise accounts at Turn, a pioneer in the DSP category. He started his career as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman where he focused on the converging media and technology sectors.
Chris Kane

Lindsay Kaye is the Vice President of Threat Intelligence at HUMAN Security. Her technical specialty spans the fields of malware analysis and reverse engineering, with a keen interest in dissecting custom cryptographic systems. Lindsay is an internationally-recognized cybersecurity speaker and author. She is the author of the book Dissecting the Dark Web, to be published by No Starch Press in February 2026. Lindsay holds a BS in Engineering with a Concentration in Computing from Olin College of Engineering and an MBA from Babson College.
Lindsay Kaye

Mr. Larson is the Chief Innovation Officer of Equativ (previously Sharethrough), where he leads all product work. Sharethrough was an early innovator in native advertising, and has since applied the principles of native to become an enhanced omniformat exchange. He is also heavily involved in the industry, authoring numerous industry specifications helping to advance the state of advertising technology. Prior to Sharethrough, after spending 5 years at Deloitte Consulting managing large-scale systems implementation projects, he led the rollout of new mobile handsets and services for Vodafone Japan. He then moved to Silicon Valley and led several product management teams, including as a founding employee at Jibe mobile (now Google), and growing and taking RingCentral public.
Curt Larson

Chris Lynn serves as Vice President of Ad Technology and Integration, Advertising & Partnerships at NBCUniversal, leading cross-platform ad tech solutions. As a category expert in FreeWheel software and convergent TV, he has helped shape NBCU’s video monetization stack for over decade. Additionally, Chris co-authored the IAB’s 2025 Concurrent Streams API standard, holds six U.S. patents, and is a Technology & Engineering 2021 Emmy Award winner for pioneering work in SSAI.

Jason Manningham is CEO and Founder of Blockgraph, the technology company fueling the future of connected TV. Under Jason’s leadership, the company’s privacy-centric identity and data collaboration platform is creating a better, safer, and more sustainable TV advertising ecosystem where media, technology, and advertising technology companies work together to deliver identity-based targeting and measurement solutions for multiscreen TV advertising.
Jason spearheaded the launch of Blockgraph five years ago, building it from an industry initiative led by Comcast Advertising into an independent company owned by Comcast NBCUniversal, Charter Communications and Paramount. Prior to his current role, Jason held a variety of strategy and operations positions at FreeWheel (a Comcast Company), AOL, and Viacom Media Networks. He started his career at Accenture as a management consultant.
Jason holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Nicole Sakin McNeill

Steve Nash is GumGum’s Product Design Director, leading the development of the company’s portfolio of customer-centric ad products, including their award-winning, innovative ad units. With a strong creative background, Steve skillfully leads his teams in crafting visually compelling, interactive experiences that truly engage consumers. He brings over two decades of experience, primarily in product management, UX, and web design. A core focus of Steve’s is ensuring GumGum’s offerings consistently meet and exceed industry standards, delivering ad products that cut through and drive brand outcomes.
Steve was the first employee at Playground xyz and served as the Head of Product before the company was acquired by GumGum in 2021. Playground xyz was fully integrated into the GumGum fold in 2024.
Steve is originally from Sydney, Australia, but currently lives in New York with his wife and their pug, Milo. Outside of all things product, Steve is passionate about traveling and is an avid foodie and gamer.
Steve Nash

Vinod leads the Supply Quality Standards program within Amazon Ads and is focused on solving systemic industry problems related to invalid traffic filtration, brand safety, and viewability. With close to a decade of experience in ad tech and Supply Quality in particular, Vinod collaborates with various industry bodies on building durable solutions. Prior to Amazon, Vinod worked in product and engineering roles in internet telephony and instant messaging domains, during which he contributed to open source and standards-development initiatives across Apache Software Foundation and the IETF.
Vinod Panicker

Mathieu Roche is the CEO of ID5. He co-founded the business in 2017, after spending over 10 years at European data specialist Weborama, where he led international development and launched the DMP offering worldwide. During his time at Weborama, the company experienced exceptional growth, establishing itself in a dozen countries and growing from 3 to 30 million euros in revenues.
With ID5, Mathieu Roche materialises his vision of helping Ad Tech and publishers to compete against the “walled gardens” who dominate digital advertising. ID5’s mission is to provide a privacy-first identity infrastructure empowering publishers to grow sustainable advertising revenue.
Mathieu graduated from Institut Commercial de Nancy and holds a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has lived in London since 2011 with his wife and 3 daughters.

Katie Shell is an Associate Product Manager at the IAB Tech Lab. She supports industry software development and contributes to a range of digital advertising standards across the IAB Tech Lab specification portfolio, focusing on taxonomies and programmatic practices.

As Group Vice President, Business Development at Magnite, Chris oversees new business development across Magnite’s omnichannel platforms, including the SpringServe ad server. He has led teams across publishers, content owners, and ad tech platforms, building strategic partnerships with top global media companies. Chris previously held senior roles at Outbrain and OpenX and has over a decade of experience in the digital media and marketing industry.
Chris Signore

Shailley brings several years of product management experience in digital advertising at Yahoo and Say Media building products for mobile advertising, ad operations, targeting solutions, and integrating data platforms. Shailley has supported and worked with multiple IAB initiatives in the past, namely MRAID and Mobile Rising Stars specifications. At Yahoo, he worked on creating innovative ad experiences for mobile and tablet platforms as well as native formats. Shailley has a diverse background as a product leader, consultant, and entrepreneur building and sustaining high performing teams at both large organizations as well as venture funded startups like Paypal, Yahoo, Say Media, Serus, Accenture, and PwC. Shailley has an MBA and Chemical engineering degrees.
Shailley Singh

Hillary Slattery is the Sr. Director of Product Management and stewards Tech Lab’s foundational specifications including but not limited to OpenRTB, OpenDirect, Native Ads API, Ads.txt, and all of Tech Lab’s Taxonomies.
She got her start with the IAB Tech Lab as a working group participant via her role at GroupM as the Assoc. Director of Product Management on the Global Investment Systems team. She is a solution oriented process monster with varied experience on both the buy and sell side of the industry. She’s also a dad joke aficionado, avid reader, podcast junky, and boasts a 1,500+ day streak on Duolingo.
Hillary Slattery

Chris is a Principal Software Engineer at Human Security, where he supports signal collection for IVT and viewability. He has been an OM SDK contributor since 2018, and won the IAB Tech Lab Service Excellence Award for his contributions to OM measurement on CTV. Prior to his role at HUMAN, he was a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle Moat, working on their SDK integrations, viewability measurement, and data ingestion systems. He lives in New York, NY.
Chris Troein

Chris White is a product executive with over 15 years of deep experience spanning Sellside, Buyside, Linear, and Digital video platforms. He currently serves as the Head of Product Management for Google Ad Manager’s Advanced Video. Chris is responsible for defining the global product roadmap, driving strategic innovation for the most sophisticated video publishers in the world, and developing solutions that solve the complex, evolving challenges in the CTV and streaming ecosystem. His leadership ensures technical excellence and strategic alignment for Google’s most critical video partners. Prior to joining Google, Chris held leadership roles at Endeavor Streaming, Xandr, and FreeWheel.
Chris White

Simon is a co-founder at Fastly, where he helps lead strategic initiatives. Before helping found Fastly, Simon was a senior search engineer at Yahoo! Europe, LiveJournal, SixApart, Scribd, and then at social help desk company Zendesk. In a past life, he worked on R&D for a leading VFX Company doing films like the Harry Potter series, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, Sunshine, and Wallace and Gromit.
