Transfers Where we transfer personal data from within the UK/EU to a country outside the UK/EU which does not provide an adequate level of protection, we use contracts (“Standard Contractual Clauses”) approved by the European Commission or UK Information Commissioner’s Office which give personal data protection similar to that which personal data has in the UK/EU, or (for US transfers) we make use of the EU/UK-US Data Privacy Framework.
