Krish Arvapally

Joshua L. Freeman is Vice President of Business Development at Prorata.ai, where he works with to ensure content owners and creators receive fair credit and sustainable compensation for their content in the era of generative AI.
His career has spanned major roles at Samsung Next, where his team supported a portfolio of 250 companies grow in the areas of sales, business development, marketing & communications, and people operations, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science, where he led the creation of Trellis, a digital platform for scientific collaboration, and was Chief Digital Officer of Science Magazine. With experience at Discovery Communications and AOL, he brings deep expertise in digital media and product development.
Joshua holds Masters degrees from Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government, and studied Russian Studies at Amherst College. He lives in Washington, D.C. and is fluent in Russian while learning Ukrainian.

As Co-founder & CEO of Dappier, Dan is focused on helping IP owners navigate the shift happening from pages to agents. His background has largely been focused on innovating at the intersection of media and emerging platforms. Prior to Dappier, he co-founded Mojiva one of the world‘s first mobile ad networks acquired by PubMatic and Powr.tv a CTV publishing platform acquired by Bitcentral.

Annelies Jansen, Chief Business Officer at ProRata.ai is a perceptive and dynamic leader, skilled in building businesses, capturing profits and expanding into new markets.
Starting her digital career in Media she developed teams and strategy that digitized both the Times of London and The Telegraph to become profitable leaders in online whilst expanding their footprint. She launched Europe’s first streaming service at ITV. Followed by founding a leading digital Media company, SUP with a successful exit. headshot She was CEO at Findmypast where she grew the business through consolidation and M&A (6 transactions).
Annelies served on the Board and audit committee of TMG a multi-channel media company, (AEX-listed public company), NBTC, The marketing agency for The Netherlands (private/ public partnership), Trader Media East, Multi-channel classifieds business operating in 10 countries ($526M LSE-listed public company) and Sofi Health as Chairman (independent fiduciary corporate board). She currently serves on the board of NAF (Non Profit)
Annelies was a senior leader at Meta (2017-2022). As Vice President Global Commerce Partnerships, she managed over 100,000 partner relationships, globally, across the family of apps: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. She built Instagram native shopping for and with partners, including major fashion and beauty brands, and scaled from 25 to 100,000 merchants in 12 months.
Annelies graduated with an MSc in Business Organization and Administration from the University of Groningen. She speaks Dutch, English, French, German, Russian and Japanese.

Toshit Panigrahi is the CEO and Co-founder of TollBit, a tech platform that provides AI bots and data scrapers an easy and compliant way to fairly compensate websites for their content. Prior to founding TollBit, Panagrahi worked at Toast as the New Ventures Lead where he oversaw Research and Development. He also co-created Toast’s Order at the Table and Scan to Pay products. He previously founded Botler, a platform to easily store and share information. Panagrahi lives in New York City and is a graduate of Boston University.
Toshit Panigrahi

Dr. Jon Roberts is Chief Innovation Officer and has been with People Inc. since 2013. He previously held roles as President, Health & Finance where he oversaw strategy for Verywell, Health, Parents, Investopedia and The Balance. He also held various senior leadership roles including Head of Data Science, where he derived insights from more than 20 years of Internet data across thousands of topics. Prior to joining People Inc., Jon spent 10 years as a theoretical physicist focused on making dark matter predictions for the hadron collider at CERN, and cosmic ray predictions for the AMS detector on the International Space Station. He also worked on the Pierre Auger telescope in Argentina.
Dr. Roberts received his Ph.D. at the University of Southampton and his M.A. from the University of Oxford.
Jon Roberts

Shailley brings several years of product management experience in digital advertising at Yahoo and Say Media building products for mobile advertising, ad operations, targeting solutions, and integrating data platforms. Shailley has supported and worked with multiple IAB initiatives in the past, namely MRAID and Mobile Rising Stars specifications. At Yahoo, he worked on creating innovative ad experiences for mobile and tablet platforms as well as native formats. Shailley has a diverse background as a product leader, consultant, and entrepreneur building and sustaining high performing teams at both large organizations as well as venture funded startups like Paypal, Yahoo, Say Media, Serus, Accenture, and PwC. Shailley has an MBA and Chemical engineering degrees.
Shailley Singh

Shelley Venus is the Senior Director of Content Business Development at Meta. She advises the company’s product leadership on business strategies and oversees deal partnerships with media companies and public figures for the family of apps and GenAI. Prior to her current role, Shelley led Meta’s North America News & Media Partnerships group. She previously held leadership positions at Verizon Media, the media start-up, Mic and Bloomberg.
