The undersigned hereby appoints Dennis Buchheim to vote as proxy for the undersigned at the Annual Meeting of Members of IAB Technology Laboratory, Inc. to be held on June 14, 2018 at 3:00 p.m., EST time, at IAB NYC, 116 East 27th Street 8th Floor New York, NY 10016, or IAB San Francisco 121 Spear Street, Rincon Center 2, Suite 270, San Francisco, CA 94105 and at any or all adjournments thereof, upon the board proposals properly coming before the meeting.
