Adrian joined Integral Ad Science as their Chief Customer Officer in 2019 where he oversees all customer operations globally including customer success, professionals services, solutions engineering and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support. 

Prior to IAS, he served as Intersection’s Senior Vice President of Media Revenue Operations.  In that role he was responsible for digital ad ops & trafficking, sales operations, print production, inventory management, SFDC administration, yield, pricing & business analytics, business intelligence and operational effectiveness.

Prior to this he was vice president of Global Operations at Quantcast where he drove worldwide Customer Success and Commercial Operations.

In previous roles, D’Souza was Google’s director of Media Services responsible for end to end campaign execution and service on YouTube and the Google Display Network.  He also served as co-chair of the Internet Advertising Bureau’s (IAB) Ad Operations Council from 2006 to 2012 where he focused on making it easier for traditional advertisers to reach an online audience and streamlining the supply chain for digital media.

Adrian holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and an engineering degree from the University of Poona, India.
